I am Alessio Fumagalli, Ph.D., Associate Professor at the Department of Mathematics, Politecnico di Milano, where I conduct research and teaching activities in applied and computational mathematics.

My research focuses on mathematical modeling and numerical methods for flow and transport in fractured porous media, with a strong interest in mixed-dimensional models and advanced discretization methods.
